2 On 9th December, 2021 since the learned AGP had expressed her desire to file reply to the present application, this Court had granted time and at the same time had made observation that if the Government failed to file reply within the period stipulated, the Court will pass an order in the light of judgment given by Hon'ble Apex Court in Baburao Narayan Gaikwad and Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., (2017) 11 SCC 333. Neither reply is filed nor anybody is representing the State.
