2 The applicant/appellant is challenging the judgment and

Award dated 5th August 2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge,

Senior Division, Gadhinglaj in Land Reference No. 127 of 2009

and seeking stay till hearing and final disposal of the present

appeal.

3 Stay in terms of prayer clause (c) subject to

applicant/appellant depositing the entire amount of Award

within 12 weeks from today failing which the said Award will be

executable.

4 In view of above, Interim Application stands disposed off.
