3 The Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the proposal dated 10 November 2021 received by him regarding inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth system in accordance with law and in the light of the judgment rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8966 of 2021 delivered on 21 February 2022 at the earliest, and in any case within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

4. Rule accordingly. No costs.
