Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. There is no need to issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 as the main relief has been claimed in the Petition is only against the Respondent No.4.
2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith for final disposal by consent of the parties.

name of the Petitioner in Shalarth system in accordance with law and in the light of the judgment rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8966 of 2021 delivered on 21 February 2022 at the earliest, and in any case within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
