Heard Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petition challenges dismissal of the complaint by the learned JMFC by his order dated 31.7.2012 and the judgment of the learned Sessions Court, dated 21.8.21 dismissing the revision. It is contended by Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner that though money receipts to the tune of Rs.4,50,000/- which are claimed to have been issued by him in favour of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are forged, and a complaint in that regard under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. came to be filed, though the report by the concerned PSI indicated that the original receipts were refused to be produced by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 for the purpose of verification, ignoring this position, merely on the ground that the civil dispute was pending, the learned 29cruwp67.22.odt

JMFC has dismissed the complaint, which has been affirmed by the learned Sessions Court by dismissing the revision.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks.

Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent No.1/State.
