The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to place reliance on the Judgment in Writ Petition No. 6023 of 2019 (Kareema Abdul Shakoor Nagani .v/s. District Caste Scrutiny Committee, through its Chairman, Civil Lines Nagpur ) decided on 11.09.2019 to submit that validity certificate has been granted to the petitioner's uncle and hence, the ratio of aforesaid Judgment would apply to the facts of the present case.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain record of the proceedings conducted by the scrutiny committee for perusal.
