2. I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and award passed on 12th June, 2017 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Alibaug in M.A.C.P No.197 of 2015.

3. For the reasons to be recorded separately, the appeal stands dismissed.
