      P.C.:

      1)      Petition is by Decree holder to Judgment and Decree dated

16/08/1994 delivered in R.C.S. No. 165/1986 and 166/1986. During

execution, Application Exh. 101 for grant of police aid to execute the

Decree came to be rejected vide order below Exh. 9 on 17/04/2017.

As such, this Petition.

2) Rejection is based on defect in identifying the property

mentioned in the Decree.

3) In the aforesaid background, time of two weeks is granted to

produce on record typed copy of Decree. In the meantime, Petitioner

to remove all office objections, failing which petition shall stand

dismissed without reference to the Court.

4) Matter to be listed for consideration on 07/03/2022.
