1. Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the

2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally with
consent of respective parties.
3. Mr. F.T. Mirza, learned counsel for the petitioners submits

that the issues involved in this petition are squarely covered by the view
taken by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Aurangabad, which is
reflected in its judgment dated 20.01.2022 in Writ Petition No.
5363/2021.
4. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the
respondent nos. 1,2,3 and 4, on instructions, submits that the issues
involved in the petition are covered by the said judgment
5. Accordingly, while partly allowing the petition, we uphold
the validity of the impugned Government Resolutions and hold that
these GRs would apply from their respective dates of issuance which are
07.12.2018 and 16.02.2019 respectively, and they would not apply to
those who have already been accorded the benefits as per the
Government Resolutions dated 28.12.2010 and 15.02.2011. We
consequently quash and set aside the impugned orders dated
12.04.2021 and 27.09.2019 and direct the respondents to consider
implementation of the scheme of VII Pay revision in accordance with
law.
6. Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs.
