1] Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. [

2] Heard Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the learned JMFC by the order dated 23.10.2021 has granted a maintenance of Rs. 5000/- per month to the wife only, whereas in appeal the learned Sessions Court has by the judgment dated 7.12.2021 directed payment of Rs. 5000/- per month to each of the respondents making the total maintenance to Rs. 10,000/-, as against the salary of Rs. 17,000/- per month, being received by the applicant, which has been so observed by the learned Magistrate, on the basis of the bank statement of the account of the applicant, considering which issue notice to the respondents returnable on 21.2.2022. 25criwp74.22.odt

3] In the meantime, the applicant shall continue to pay the maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month to both the respondents jointly.
