                              PER COURT:


                              1.                  This is an application for modification of order

                              dated 14th March, 2013.            The applicant has preferred an

                              application challenging the judgment of conviction.                            Vide

                              order dated 14th March, 2013 sentence of imprisonment was

                              suspended and the applicant was directed to be released on

                              bail on condition that the applicant shall report the Sessions

                              Court once in 3 months and upon failure to attend any two

                              consecutive dates, the prosecution is at liberty to seek

                              cancellation of bail.

2.                  Vide order dated 28th October, 2021, the applicant

was directed to record her attendance before the Registrar/

or the Ministerial Officer as may be designated by the

Sessions Judge.

3.                  Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that

the condition of reporting every three months is causing

hardship to the applicant. Hence, the same may be modified

by permitting the applicant to attend the Sessions Court once

in six months.

4.                  The applicant has complied the order dated 14 th

March, 2013. Considering the submissions, the modification

sought by the applicant can be granted.

5.                  Hence, I pass the following order:

                                    ORDER

i. The order dated 14th March, 2013 directing the

applicant to report the Sessions Court once in three

months is modified and the applicant is directed to

attend the Sessions Court once in six months;

ii. Interim Application stands disposed of

accordingly.
