CAF No. 995/22 seeks to relax the condition to deposit the amount of penalty by furnishing solvency instead of depositing the amount. The amount of penalty of Rs 5,20,584/-, thereafter has been deposited in this Court as is indicated by the office note dated 28-11-2022, considering which, Mr Rathod, learned Counsel does not press the application. The same is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed.

2. CAF No. 443/22 seeks stay of the effect and operation of the impugned judgment. The amount of Rs 10,41,168/- is claimed to have been deposited with the Labour Commissioner under the EC Act on 19-01-2022 vide receipt no.5135441, which deposit is not disputed by Mr. Karnawat, Advocate holding for Mr Verma, learned Counsel for respondent no.1. The amount of penalty of Rs. 5,20,584/- has been deposited on 25-11-2022 as indicated by the office note dated 28-11-2022, considering

which, the application is allowed.

3. Since Mr. Verma, learned Counsel for respondent no.1 is claimed to be not available.

4. List the matter after Winter Vacations,2022 for admission.
