1. By this appeal, judgment and order dated 16 th November,

2019 passed by M.A.C.T., Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 340 of 2015 is

being impugned.

2. Ms. Deherker, learned counsel for the appellant submits

that although the claim before the M.A.C.T was of Rs.

41,00,000/-, M.A.C.T. had granted a meagre compensation of Rs.

3,20,000/- and therefore, this appeal for enhancement of

compensation.

3. Having heard the learned counsel and having perused the

impugned order, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on

17th January, 2023.
