      ORDER :

1. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents has sought

adjournment beyond vacation. On instructions he states that till the

next date the Respondent will not execute the impugned judgment

and decree dated 13th November 2022 passed by the Appellate Bench

Court of Small Causes at Mumbai in A1 Appeal No. 35 of 2013 in

R.A.E. & R. Suit No. 613/1164 of 1998. Statement is accepted.

2. Civil Revision Application shall be placed on 6th January 2023.
