1. The Writ Petition has been circulated and kept on the

Production Board in view of the impugned Judgments and

Orders passed by the lower Court being executed and which

execution proceeding has been placed before the lower Court

tomorrow.

2. None appears for the Respondent though having been

served with notice of the circulation as well as placement on the

Production Board.

3. In view thereof, the executing Court of the Small Causes at

Mumbai shall not proceed with the execution of the impugned

Judgments and Orders which are the subject maters of the Writ

Petition till the next date.

4. Writ Petition No.14794 of 2022 shall be placed on 11th
