Mr. Bhangde, learned Counsel for the appellant, makes a statement that the question of grant of compensation in the present matter is already covered by the judgment of the Reference Court in Arun Krushnarao Wandile and others Vs State of Maharashtra and others, passed in LAC No. 108/13 decided on 10-12-2019, which has been accepted by the respondent nos. 2 to 5 and compensation in terms of the same has been paid. Since Arun Wandile (supra) is from the same project though under a different notification, however, of the same date, the same would equally govern in the instant case.

2. Mr. Dhumane, learned Counsel for respondent nos.2 to 5, does not dispute this position and admits, on instructions, that the claimant in the matter

i.e the appellant would be entitled to the compensation at the same rate as has been decided in Arun Wandile (supra).

3. Mr. Dhumane, learned Counsel for respondent nos.2 to 5, however, states that there are other matters from the same notification and the same project and all of them can be clubbed together and decided. He agrees to submit the list of all those matters by 16-12-2022. Upon the list being submitted, list all the matters on 21-12-2022.
