1 This Civil Revision Application has been circulated and placed

on the Production Board at 2.30 p.m. in view of the execution being

proceeded with before the Executing Court which is the Small Causes

Court at Mumbai (Bandra Bench).

2 Considering that due to paucity of time, the Civil Revision

Application cannot be heard today, till the next date, the learned Counsel

appearing for the Respondent states on instructions that no further steps

will be taken in execution of the impugned judgment and order passed by

the Small Causes Court, Mumbai, other than completion of pleadings

before the Executive Court. Statement is accepted.
