1. Prima-facie this Court is of the view that the act of issuing communication dated 19 July, 2022 by the respondent no.2 is contrary to the judgment of this Court at Aurangabad Bench dated 14 August, 2014 delivered in Writ Petition No.4536 of 2014, part of which is already reproduced in the communication addressed to the said officer on 29 November, 2021.

2. As the learned AGP seeks time to take instructions from the said officer i.e. respondent no.2 in regard to the period in which he shall act in compliance of the aforesaid directions of Aurangabad Bench of this Court, stand over to 13 December, 2022.
