      ORDER :

1. The First Appeal has just been served on the Respondent No.2.

2. The First Appeal challenges the impugned judgment and order

dated 7th September 2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claim

Tribunal, Pandharpur on the ground of quantum of the compensation

granted by the MACT. The Appeal is required to be disposed of at the

admission stage in view of the narrow conspectus in the matter.

3. The Appellant shall file compilation of documents and shall

serve on the other side. The notice is issued to the Respondents for

hearing at admission stage, returnable on 19th December 2022.
