1. These writ petitions have been placed on board on a praecipe moved by Mr. Talsania, learned advocate for IDBI Bank Limited. It was stated therein that a coordinate bench of this Court by judgment and order dated 20 th September 2022 having held that IDBI Bank Limited is not an authority within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution, these writ petitions ought to be disposed of in the light of such judgment.

2. However, today, Mr. Talsania is fair enough to point out that a Special Leave Petition has been filed before the Supreme Court challenging the judgment and order dated 20 th September 2022.

3. Mr. Singhvi, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners in some of the writ petitions submits that the said

special leave petition is fixed for hearing on 9 th December, 2022.
