1. The issue pertains to the grant of benefit to the posts of full time Librarian which were converted from part-time keeping in mind the students' strength as reflected in the Chiplunkar Committee report and the subsequent judgments of this Court.

2. We are informed that there are number of petitions pending on the said issue.

3. Learned AGP submits that an endeavour shall be made to give details of the writ petitions, so that they can be clubbed together and heard finally.

consideration is, whether the judgment of Aurangabad bench in Writ Petition No.2311 of 2013 delivered on 31 st March, 2015 will prevail over the subsequent division bench judgment of this Court in the matter of Writ Petition No.2538 of 2011 delivered at Mumbai on 7th September, 2021 along with other similar judgments.

5. Learned AGP is directed to provide the writ petition numbers to the Shirestedar of this Court involving this very issue, in any case, by 19th December, 2022.

6. The matter to come up for consideration on 7 th January, 2023. To be heard with WP No.3235/2021, WP No.9335/2019, WP No.12262/2022 & WP No.5098/2021.

7. In the meantime, parties are at liberty to complete their pleadings.
