1. Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned Counsel for respondents.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, applicant has challenged the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal on various grounds. One of the ground is that, after accident FIR is filed after 34 days. There is huge delay for filing FIR, but the Tribunal has not considered this fact. Hence, requested to stay impugned order.
