Heard Mr. A.K. Waghmare, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that in view of Rule 1(a) r/w Section 114 of the Civil Procedure Code on account of a discovery of new important evidence, a judgment is permissible to be reviewed. It is contended that after the judgment dated 13-04-2022, the applicant has been able to lay his hands on a document dated 27- 02-1965 between Church of Scotland Trust and the United Church of Northern India Trust Association (pg 22), which has a material bearing.
3. Considering which, issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 17-08-2022.
