on the various grounds. Hence requested to stay

the said order.

3. Considering the submissions of all the

learned counsels and the grounds raised in the

application, the impugned judgment and award

dated 25-01-2019 passed by CJSD, Osmanabad in

LAR No. 655/2015, is stayed till the next date

subject to deposit of entire award amount

within 12 weeks.
