In the meanwhile, in view of the judgment and order of this Court dated 23/08/2021 in Criminal Application No.189/2021 thereby quashing the very same First Information Report, in relation to which charge-sheet has been filed, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause-(c) which reads as under:

"Grant ad-interim by way of stay to session case/146/2021 pending before Learned District Judge 1, A.S.J., Chandrapur, till the final disposal of present criminal application."
