PER COURT:-

1. Respondent no.2 under guardianship of her parents seeks legal

assistance at the expenses of the State. This is an appeal preferred

against the judgment and order of conviction under Section 363 and

366-A of IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual

Offences Act, 2012.

2. We direct the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-

Committee, Aurangabad to appoint a counsel from the panel to

represent respondent no.2.
