This is an Application filed on behalf of the State seeking leave to file Appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the learned Special Court, Chandrapur in Special (POCSO) Case No. 34/2019.

Heard learned APP for the Applicant/State.

We have read the evidence of PW2 and her friend (PW6) and in the light of reading of the said evidence, we are of the view that second thought is essential to the impugned judgment.

Hence, issue notice to the Non-Applicant, returnable in the second week of July, 2022.
