Mr. Meghe, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent has instituted proceedings against the petitioner for compliance with the impugned order passed by the Labour Court, as a consequence of which bailable warrant has been issued against the Managing Director of the petitioner Federation.
3. In view of the above, list for final disposal on 09.06.2022.

4. In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the Managing Director of the petitioner Federation in pursuance of the impugned judgment and order of the Labour Court, till the next date of listing.
