1. The challenge in this writ petition is to a judgment and order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai declining to interfere with an order of transfer.
2. We are informed by Ms. Jagdale, learned advocate for the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has retired on superannuation on 31 st October 2021 and she has been instructed by the petitioner to seek withdrawal of the writ petition.
3. The written communication produced by Ms. Jagdale in Court shall be retained with the records.
4. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
