1. This motion is moved for speaking to minutes of the judgment

and order dated 3.1.2022, as the legal fees and expenses of the

appointed counsel remained to be paid.

2. In view of the above, since Mr. U. L. Telgaonkar was appointed

to represent the cause of the appellant, we quantify his legal fees

and expenses at Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) to be paid

by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.

3. The motion is accordingly disposed off.
