1. Learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 seeks time to file his submission opposing the petitions and all the judgments upon which he places reliance, for the proposition, 1104 WP 219 of 2022.odt

that in spite of what is contained in Section 48 (8) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 regarding the powers of the Sub-Divisional Officer, still the Magistrate under Section 457 of Cr. P.C. would have power to entertain a plea for release of the vehicle and to order such release.

2. The submission be filed on or before 13/04/2022.

3. List the matter for further consideration on 18/04/2022.

4. Interim order to continue till then.
