                   1]       Earlier Bail Application of the Applicant was rejected as

withdrawn on 6/12/2021. This Court was not inclined to grant bail on merit as is reflected in the said order. Before going into merits of the present Application, the Court has questioned the maintainability of the present Application and in response to the same, Mr. Adenwala, Counsel for the Applicant would urge that earlier Advocate has committed an error by not pointing out position of law to this Court. According to him, if Court has committed an error of law while deciding the Bail Application, same can be corrected by the very same Court. He seeks time to address the Court on the aforesaid issue by pointing out judgment of the Apex Court.

2] In view of above, matter is adjourned to 15th June, 2022.
