1 At the outset, learned counsel for the appellants state that Prakash Javaru Patil - appellant no.1 in the Appeal is very much alive to prosecute the said Appeal and inadvertently, in the impugned judgment he was shown as deceased. The learned counsel state that he shall take appropriate steps to rectify the said mistake, which according to him, is an error. On noticing that the

whole judgment proceed on the basis that Prakash Javaru Patil is no longer alive. Counsel for the appellant is well advised to take appropriate steps before the trial Court, before registration of the Appeal.
