                  Heard.         Perused the impugned judgment and

award. The challenge is to quantum only. On perusal of the impugned judgment, it finds that, the amount of compensation is not just. However, there is no appeal or cross-objection for enhancement thereof. The appellant Insurance Company has not made out a case for interference with the impugned award. In the result, the appeal fails. It is dismissed. The amount in deposit either with this Court or the Tribunal, be paid to the claimant along with interest accrued thereon, immediately. Consequently, Civil Application stands disposed of.
