               1               The matter is on board for speaking to minute of the judgment

               dated 03rd September 2021.



               2               The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the

contesting Respondent No.2 submit that there are typographical mistakes in

the judgment dated 03rd September 2021. A detailed praecipe has been filed

mentioning therein the typographical mistakes.

3 In the cause tile of the judgment the age of Applicant/Accused

No.1 be shown as 45 years instead of 25 years, as also the Flat Number of

Applicant/Accused No.1 be shown as Flat No.513 instead of Flat No.613.

4           In paragraph 5 on page 4, spelling of the names "Sourabh Sobji",

"Chikkar", and "Rakesh Rajan" be corrected as "Sourabh Sobti" "Chhikara"

and Rakesh Rana" respectively.

5 In paragraph 14 on page 10 the amount "Rs.5000/-" be

substituted by amount "Rs.50,000/-.

6 The judgment dated 03rd September 2021 stands corrected

accordingly. After carrying out necessary corrections, corrected copy of the

judgment be uploaded on the official website.

7 The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the

contesting Respondent No.2 submit that the costs amounts mentioned in the

said judgment dated 03rd September 2021 have already been deposited and

receipts are placed on record. Hence the directions as contained in the

judgment dated 03rd September 2021 are complied with.

8 The praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated

03rd September 2021 stands disposed of accordingly.
