1. Mr. Sawant states that he has requested the respondents to give

inspection of documents.

2. Mr. Bharucha undertakes to ensure that full, free and frank inspection

will be offered to the applicant of all receivables, amounts received and

amounts yet to be received, including all supporting documents and bank

statements of the payments made.

3. In view thereof, I pass the following order :-

(i) Inspection to be taken from 11 a.m. onwards on

Monday, the 13th September 2021 and shall be

completed on the same day itself.

(ii) Copies of the documents that the applicant may require

shall be furnished by the respondent.

(iii) List the Chamber Summons on 16th September 2021.

(iv) Meanwhile, affidavit-in-rejoinder, if any, to be filed by

9th September 2021.
