2. As far as respondent no.2 is concerned, learned counsel seeks leave to attempt service once again after ascertaining whereabouts of respondent no.2.

3. Accordingly, returnable date of the notice against respondent no.2 is extended upto 20th December 2021. Affidavit-of-service to be filed on or before 16th December 2021.

4. List the Notice and Execution Application on 20 th December 2021.
