. The Appellant herein has challenged the judgment and order dated
05/10/2021 in Sessions Case No.16/2019. By the impugned judgment,
the Appellant who was accused no.2 has been held guilty of offence under
section 201 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. A perusal of the judgment
reveals that the co-accused have been held guilty of offence under section
302 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned APP to verify whether the
co-accused have filed an Appeal challenging their conviction and sentence
for offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
