1 By the present application, the applicant seek condonation of delay of 41 days in filing the Appeal, challenging the impugned judgment and award dated 29th November 2013 passed by the MACT at Sindhudurg in MACP No.47/2008.
2 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and counsel for respondent nos.1, 2, 4 and 5.
3 On perusal of the application, the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay as the delay has been satisfactorily explained in the application and is bonafide.
