PER COURT:-

1. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that during

pendency of this criminal application, charge-sheet has been

submitted.

2. Though this crime is registered in the year 2019, however,

learned counsel for the applicants has pointed out to us that the

parties have amicably settled their dispute and even respondent

no.2 has accepted a substantial amount towards permanent

alimony. The said fact is recorded in the judgment in H.M.P. No.

104 of 2019 delivered on 13.01.2020. The said H.M.P. was filed by

the parties for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants thus seeks time to file an

application for amendment and also seeks leave to file a copy of

the charge-sheet.

4. Leave granted.

5. Stand over to 30.11.2021.
