PER COURT:-

1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since July, 2017. The result of the petitioner's examination is not declared on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted.

2. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, Mr. Patil, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.4.

3. The respondent no. 2 shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of

appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before respondent No. 2 / Committee on 08.12.2021.

4. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his internship only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

5. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
