Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Advocate agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2. Heard Smt. Mrunal Naik, learned Advocate for the appellant and Shri P.R. Agrawal, learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

3. The appeal of the Insurance Company is already disposed by this Court as per the judgment dated 9th September, 2019. An amount of Rs.3,22,804/- is deposited in this Court apart from the statutory deposit. The respondent Nos.1 and 2/original claimants have already withdrawn Rs.96,000/-. They are claiming for balance amount. The appellant is not having any objection. Hence, the direction:-

i. The Office is directed to transfer the balance amount from Rs.3,22,804/- along with statutory deposit to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati.

ii. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati is directed to transfer the amount in the bank account of the original claimants on furnishing bank details and on personal identification and on completion of the office procedure.

iii. The civil application is disposed of.
