1. Mr. Kini states that the IA(L)/6749/2021 has been filed seeking

amendment to implead daughters of the respondent as party-respondents to

22-IAL-3068-2021.doc Dixit the execution application. On behalf of the respondent, learned Advocate

submits that he has instructions to state that the proposed respondent nos.2 to

5 do not reside with him and accordingly he undertakes to provide addresses

of the four respondents to the Advocate for the applicant by end of the day on

11th March 2021.

2. In view thereof, I pass the following order :-

(i) Leave to amend cause-title of IA(l)/3068/2021 and

Execution Application to incorporate the addresses of

respondent nos.2 to 5. Amendment to be carried out on

or before 17th March 2021. Re-verification is dispensed

with.

(ii) All respondents to the IA(L)/3068/2021 and Execution

Application to be served and affidavit-of-service to be

filed by 22nd March 2021.

(iii) List the IA(L)/3068/2021 on 30th March 2021.

(iv) IA(L)/6749/2021 is disposed in the above terms.
