I have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner for

some time. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has

filed purshis for wiithdrawial of Second Appeal and this Court has

passed the order on the circulation note itself, disposing of the

Second Appeal as wiithdrawin. The petitioner has tendered purshis

to that effect on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to place

on record copy of the Land Acquisition Reference proceedings and

the decision thereon. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 also

seeks time to place on record copy of the plaint in RCS

No.221/2003 and the judgment and decree passed by the trial

Court in connection wiith the said suit.

Leave granted.

In addition to these documents, the parties are at

liberty to file their relevant documents necessary for just disposal

of this wirit petition.

Stand over to 09th March, 2021.

Interim relief, if any, to continue till the next date of

hearing.
