the affidavit be filed by Respondent in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in the matter of Rajnesh vs. Neha & Anr reported in III (2020) DMC 390 (SC) disclosing assets and liabilities. Respondent shall file such affidavit by 26 th July, 2021. Petitioner shall file reply to the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. 2] Matter to come up on board on 10th August, 2021. 3] The learned Counsel for the Petitioner assures this Court that this order will be communicated to the other side.
