FINAL ORDER :

. Interim orders passed by this Court on 11 th May, 2021 suffices the purpose of the petitioner. The validation proceeding is still pending.

2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State submits that, the matter of the petitioner is kept for hearing before the Committee on 07th July, 2021.

3. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 07 th July, 2021 and put forth her case. The Committee shall decide the proceeding on it's own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

4. Interim order passed by this Court shall be continued till the disposal of the proceeding before the Committee. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

5. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs
