2. Learned counsel for the Appellant undertakes to deposit the entire compensation along with interest within a period of three weeks. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment dated 03/12/2019, is stayed till the next date of hearing. It is made clear that in the event the amount is not deposited, the ad-interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court.
