Heard Mr. Thakur, learned counsel for petitioners.

Learned counsel for petitioners invited my attention to a reported case of Lokmat Media Pvt Ltd. Nagpur Vs. Dilip Vitthalrao Ghate and anr. Reported in 2018 (6) ABR 305 to contend that complaint filed by the respondent itself was not maintainable.

After having gone through the impugned order and in the light of the judgment cited supra, this case needs consideration. Hence, Rule.

Needless to mention, interim order granted on 23.01.2019 stands confirmed.
