1 Feeling aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 23 rd January 2020, passed by the M.A.C.T., Thane, in M.A.C.P.No.427 of 2008, awarding Rs.24,61,846/- to the claimant alongwith interest at the rate of 7% p.a., the appellant has prayed for stay to the execution and implementation to the judgment and award.

2. Learned Counsel for the appellant makes a statement that the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest

as awarded by the learned Member, shall be deposited with M.A.C.T., Thane, within 4 weeks from today. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement made, there shall be ad- interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the application.

3. If the applicant fails to deposit the amount as above, the ad-interim relief shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.

4. The application stands disposed of.
