2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant

has deposited amount of Rs.50,000/- as directed by this Court.

3. Perused the judgment and order of the learned Family

Court. Impugned order dated 1st April, 2021, passed by the learned

Family Court is stayed subject to applicant depositing Rs.4,000/- per

month in the Trial Court or this Court till disposal of the revision. In

case of three consecutive defaults in payment of monthly

maintenance, stay shall stand vacated.
